When I was young, I was ill and needed to be hospitalized. My grandparents came to visit and did their best to comfort me. They saw I was suffering and wanted to go home. My grandmother told me to pray and believe that I could get well. She sang a song for me and hearing it made me feel better. I asked her what it was, and she told me it was a song for people who were sick in the hospital. She said sometimes we have to sing to our spirit to make ourselves strong.
