The first, in which the late stuntman Mickey Gilbert was directing, occurred at Indian Dunes Park where the a fatal helicopter crash claimed two lives while filming the movie The Twilight Zone. The second, two years later to the day, happened in Valencia, Calif. during a spectacular stunt jump. Both accidents resulted in life-changing injuries for those involved... and even resulted in a ground-breaking lawsuit against creator Glen Larson and star/producer Majors.
