Due to the war in Afghanistan finishing and the U.S. Army leaving, the market has dried up of guns, ammo, night-vision goggles, flak jackets, and all other stolen American goods. Market vendors are now trying to find new businesses to fill this gap. If you're a foreigner going to this market, I'd suggest taking a Pashto or Urdu-speaking friend as barely anyone speaks English there.
