Loop Band Legs Workout | Intense but fun!

An intense but fun 10 minute legs workout! You will need a loop band for this workout. I recommend a medium strength band for the most benefit. A great way to help sculpt the legs and build endurance in the muscles. This workout can be done after a cardio session or on it's own (please do a short warm up beforehand). You can repeat for 2 or 3 rounds if you need more intensity.
