আস্সালামুআলাইকুম, Thank you for browsing Labony Kitchen. In this video today, I am showing you how to carry out #Cucumber #3GCutting. The cucumber responds like a semitropical plant. It grows best under conditions of high temperature, humidity, and light intensity and with an uninterrupted supply of water and nutrients. Under favorable and stable environmental and nutritional conditions and when pests are under control, the plants grow rapidly and produce heavily. The main stem, laterals, and tendrils grow fast. They need frequent pruning to a single stem and training along vertical wires to maintain an optimal canopy that intercepts maximum light and allows sufficient air movement. Under optimal conditions, more fruit may initially develop from the axil of 4 each leaf than can later be supported to full size, so fruit may need thinning. Plants allowed to bear too much fruit become exhausted, abort fruit, and fluctuate widely in productivity over time. Excessive plant vigor is indicated by rapid growth, thick and brittle stems, large leaves, long tendrils, deep green foliage, a profusion of fruit, and large, deep yellow flowers. On the other hand, cucumbers are very sensitive to unfavorable conditions, and the slightest stress affects their growth and productivity. শসা বাংলাদেশের প্রধান ও জনপ্রিয় সবজি সমূহের মধ্যে অন্যতম। শসা প্রধানত সালাত ও সবজি হিসেবে খাওয়া হয়। শসার প্রতি ১০০ গ্রাম ভক্ষণযোগ্য অংশে ৯৬% জলীয় অংশ, ০.৬ গ্রাম আমিষ, ২.৬ গ্রাম শ্বেতসার, ১৮ মিঃ গ্রাম ক্যালসিয়াম, ০.২ মিঃ গ্রাম লৌহ, ক্যারোটিন ৪০ মাইক্রোগ্রাম, খাদ্যপ্রাণ সি ১০ মিঃ গ্রাম রয়েছে। মাটি ও জলবায়ু উর্বর দো-আঁশ মাটি ও অম্লক্ষারত্ব ৫-৫-৬.৮ শসা উৎপাদনের জন্য উপযোগী। ২৫-৩০ সেঃ গড় তাপমাত্রায় শসা সবচেয়ে ভাল জন্মে। জাত বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশে বেশকিছু জাতের শসার চাষ হচ্ছে এর মধ্যে বিদেশী জাতের অধিকাংশই হাইব্রিড। বিএডিসি ২টি স্থানীয় জাত উৎপাদন করে থাকে বারোমাসি ও পটিয়া জায়ান্ট নামে। এছাড়াও বাংলাদেশী কয়েকটি বেসরকারী সবজি বীজ উৎপাদন প্রতিষ্ঠান ইতিমধ্যেই অনেকগুলো বিশুদ্ধ জাত(op) ও হাইব্রিড (সংকর জাত) শসার জাত বাজার জাত করেছে। স্থানীয়ভাবে গ্রীন কিং, শিলা, আলাভী, বীরশ্রেষ্ঠ, শীতল, হিমেল, গ্রীন ফিল্ড, সানটং-৪, পান্ডা, ভেনাস, মাতসুরি, বাশখালী, মধুমতি, নওগা গ্রীন, লাকি-৭ ইত্যাদি জাত চাষ করা হয়। জীবন কাল সাধারণত জাত ভেদে ৭৫ থেকে ১২০ দিন পর্যন্ত হতে পারে। বীজ বপনের সময় ফেব্রুয়ারি থেকে মার্চ মাস পর্যন্ত শসার বীজ বপন করা ভাল। চারা উৎপাদন নার্সারী বা বীজ তলায় চার তৈরী করে জমিতে লাগানো উত্তম। এক্ষেত্রে ৫০ঃ৫০ অনুপাতে পচা গোবর বা কম্পোষ্ট ও মাটি একত্রে মিশিয়ে ৬x৮ ইঞ্চি সাইজের পলিইথিলিয়ানের ব্যাগে ভরতে হবে। প্রতি ব্যাগে ২টি করে বীজ বপন করতে হবে। চারা রোপণ চারার বয়স ১৬-২০ দিন হলে পলিব্যাগ সরিয়ে মাদায় চারা রোপণ করতে হবে। প্রতি ব্যাগে ২টি চারা থাকলে মাঠে লাগানোর ৬-৭ দিন পর অপেক্ষাকৃত দুর্বল চারাটি তুলে প্রতি মাদায় ১ টি করে চারা রাখতে হবে। রোপণের দূরত্বঃ ১.৫x১.৫মিঃ বাউনি দেওয়া তারের নেট অথবা সুতলী অথবা বাশের কঞ্চির সাহায্যে বাউনি দিতে হবে। বাউনি/মাচা নিকাশ নালার উভয় পাশের ২ বেড বরাবর ১টি দিলে চলবে। ফসল তোলা শসার জাত ভেদে বীজ বোনার ৪৫-৬০ দিনের মধ্যে ফসল সংগ্রহ শুরু করা যায়। ফলন হেক্টর প্রতি ১০-২০ টন শসা সংগ্রহ করা যেতে পারে। Written by: ড. এম. সাহাব উদ্দিন, পরিচালক Source: http://www.ais.gov.bd/site/ekrishi/7b... 🧡💙💙💙💙🧡 If you are interested buying any BANGLADESHI VEGETABLE SEEDS please make your way to my website: ⏩⏩ https://www.labonykitchen.co.uk/shop/ The postage cost in each product only for the UK mainland only. ⏩⏩ Do you want me to keep on producing a lovely video?
