#interimgovernment #dryunus #bdnews #saradesh #desherkhobor সন্ত্রাসবিরোধী আইন সংশোধনে জারি করা অধ্যাদেশ গেজেট আকারে প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। রোববার রাতে এ অধ্যাদেশ জারি করে আইন, বিচার ও সংসদ বিষয়ক মন্ত্রণালয়। সংসদ কার্যকর না থাকায় আইন অধিকতর সংশোধন করে আশু ব্যবস্থা নিতে সংবিধানের ৯৩ এর ১ অনুচ্ছেদে দেওয়া ক্ষমতাবলে রাষ্ট্রপতি অধ্যাদেশ জারি করেছেন। পরে তা গেজেট আকারে প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। রোববার সন্ত্রাস বিরোধী আইনে সংশোধন এনে অধ্যাদেশ-২০২৫ এর খসড়ার নীতিগত ও চূড়ান্ত অনুমোদন দেয় উপদেষ্টা পরিষদ। ছাত্র জনতার আন্দোলনের মুখে আওয়ামী লীগের কার্যক্রম নিষিদ্ধের সিদ্ধান্ত হয়, শনিবার রাতে। জানানো হয়, দেশের নিরাপত্তা ও সার্বভৌমত্ব, জুলাই আন্দোলনের নেতাকর্মীদের নিরাপত্তা এবং ট্রাইব্যুনালের বাদি ও সাক্ষীদের সুরক্ষা দিতে এ পদক্ষেপ। আর সন্ত্রাসবিরোধী আইনের অধীনে নিষেধাজ্ঞা চলবে বিচার শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত। The ordinance issued to amend the Anti-Terrorism Act has been published in the gazette.
