This ASMR video contains whispered reading and word tracing :) I've just started learning for my driving theory test and since the Highway Code has lots of sort of repetitive sections I thought it might be a nice kinda thing to read you to sleep with (while also doubling up as a way for me to learn it XD) I just used the microphone from my phone for this one, alternating between that and the blue yeti lately as each has it's pros and cons. Wikipedia explains "Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR)" to be a "tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." It can often be triggered by certain sounds such as tapping or whispering and can be very relaxing and helpful for falling asleep.
