So we've got 54-foot-wide isles, a 14-foot-wide overhead door — super easy for the big motorcoach, the big boat. So we designed this with the motorcoach owner in mind. Come on in. Lots of good lighting — LED lighting, fully sprinkled. We have R30 [insulated] walls on the outside and R50 [insulation] in the ceiling. Natural gas heat. It's essentially green construction. Polished concrete floors – 5-inch thick fiberglass. You've got a 712 ft.² timber frame loft. Every unit has a 100 amp service — lots of plugs and outlets. We've got an RV plug or welding plug. It's Flexspace, you can pretty much do whatever you want in here within the code. You cannot be open to the public, but you can do commercial use. So you could be business storage, you can have any kind of incubator business, you can be a pottery studio or a bike frame shop. This unit is a refinery testing agency. I've got a small overhead door for a couple cars or workbench or workout areas. You've got a utility sink in every unit. You've got the thermostat for your 75,000 BTU natural gas heater. Super energy efficient ceiling fan to blow the heat back down. All the ceilings are vaulted with galvanized metal on them. The overhead doors are fully insulated glass panels, soft-close electric door openers, the best you can buy. Come on upstairs, let me show you around. The loft is designed for light storage. So you have a living room area, or a workout area, or an office space. You've got Wi-Fi, phone, internet, TV. Plumbing for a bar sink. So the way I laid this out – a bar sink, a mini-fridge, cabinet above, microwave, big screen TV. Seahawk game living room, maybe a throw rug, coffee table. Over here in this in-between area, this could be your elliptical while you're checking out your big screen, your poker table, or maybe it's your assembly table for your office. This is kind of designed as the office; you can have your L-shaped office desk. Again, Wi-Fi, internet, phone, and TV. Lots of plugs and outlets. The end units have extra windows in them, and some of the units have a view of Mount Baker and the twin sisters like these southeast corner units. The windows are double-paned, lifetime warranty, vinyl sliders. All the lofts are stained with a gray wash, and then for the decking and the stairs we put a clear coat, like Varathane over it for durability."
