The reasons why I use Kajabi as my email provider. I guess the 40% email open rate that I get is one reason why. Yes! I do use Kajabi as my email provider in addition to all the other app tools. I've used Convert Kit, I've used Active Campaign. I like Kajabi because the idea is everything's all in one place. And truthfully, I see people go back and forth about deliverability, and open rates, so on and so forth. I am getting 35%-40% open rates and 99.7% to 99% deliverability. So honestly I have no complaints. And I do know people also get very concerned about, well the emails go to people's promotions tab. Well guess what? Stu's emails go to promotions tab. Amy porterfield's, James Wedmore's, anybody I subscribe to unless I specifically, because I do use Gmail. Unless I specifically say, I want it in my primary inbox, it's not gonna go there. It's just not. All those people I mentioned use other tools. I think all three of them use Infusionsoft for their email because they've been using Infusionsoft forever and you know, there's no need for them to change. But that's what happens. Now I do hear some people say that their emails are ending up in spam. I don't know. I have.... I get a lot of emails from people like Tamaleah who uses Kajabi. I subscribe to a number of people who are using Kajabi email. And I always get their emails. Again, they don't go in.... they don't land in the primary tab they land in promotions or updates.
