Yama Contracts: Missed the Mark (OSRS)

Today the new Yama Contract blog was put out to explain whats exactly going on with the system. I can't say I am excited or feel at ease by most of the blog. It is really disappointed to see they made contracts for Awakened Yama SOLO when the hype around the boss has been advertised as a Duo encounter. I do not think the slayer 2.0 system for lower tier contracts benefit or add anything to the game, and does the opposite of making people interact with the boss itself. I think Jagex really missed the mark with communication on Yama and now that it is 1 week away from launch, a lot of the gripes people have can't be fixed.
