In this The Mandalorian Season 2 video, we look at a Star Wars theory that explains who saved Grogu (Baby Yoda - The Child) from the Jedi Temple during the events of Order 66 in Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith. In Chapter 13 of Season 2 the Star Wars, Lucasfilm and Disney+ series: The Mandalorian, Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson) looked into Grogu's mind and saw that he was a youngling at the Jedi Temple during the prequel trilogy. He was trained by many masters - including perhaps Yoda and Yaddle. In this video, we explore 3 possible candidates for who may have saved Grogu - Yoda, Coleman Kcaj and Jocasta Nu. I then decipher which is the best possible option. In a previous video, I looked at how R2D2 knows Grogu in the Mandalorian Season 2 finale when Luke Skywalker (CGI Mark Hamill) came to take him from Din Djarin (Mando - Pedro Pascal) and our heroes Cara Dune (Gina Carano), Bo-Katan Kryze (Katee Sackhoff) who is after the Darksaber, Koska Reeves (Mercedes Varnado - Sasha Banks), Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen), Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison) and saving him from Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito).
