On The Twilight Zone, we will be looking at the authenticity of the quran and Islam. The quran and Islam have always been touted as authentic by Muslims. The question is, how true is it? We know that the prophet of the Muslims Muhammed was an illiterate. He recited passages of the quran which Muslim scholars wrote down on camel hide and shoulder blades, bark of trees etc. After Muhammed died, the Muslim scholars compiled what was written on camel hide and shoulder blades and bark of trees into one book called the quran today. Rather than preserving the original materials after putting them in a book form, they burnt the items, which means the original quran does not exist. Moreover, how do we know that the scholars wrote down exactly what Muhammed recited when he couldn’t read or write? Apparently a goat ate some of the revelations written on the barks of trees. Those were lost forever. There are so many other contradictions we will be having a closer look at. We will also be looking at the Jesus described in the quran in comparison to the One in the Bible.
