Joker, in his final breath, triggered an alarm. A strike team stormed in, but Huggy escaped through a vent, leading to another secret room where a second Huggy Wuggy was trapped in a chemical tank. Huggy freed it, and both began rampaging through the city in a terrifying Story Of Transformation. Spider-Man arrived, fought fiercely, and with webs, subdued them.
