Go behind the scenes with 3x Academy Award-winning cinematographer Emmanuel “Chivo” Lubezki and conservation photographers Cristina Mittermeier and Paul Nicklen, co-founders of SeaLegacy, as they put Sony’s new digital cinema camera, the BURANO, through the paces to capture footage of the endangered Southern Right Whale and to create an important film on the ocean and the future of the planet. Together, the three filmmakers put the BURANO through its paces to capture the beauty of Western Australia and some of its most elusive ocean residents. The filmmakers also combined the VENICE 2 with the BURANO to show the incredible image quality of the new BURANO.
