The Sunday Rant deals with a recent meeting of recruiters and what they were saying. Apparently companies are going to continue to look for drivers and offer jobs that don't exist according to them. They are doing this to keep ready for when business picks up. Don't sit around and wait for them. If they tell you to go home and they will call you or it takes more than a few hours to call you back, move on to somewhere else. If they don't want you, don't beg them to take you. Have more self worth than that. These trucking companies continue to find new ways to disrespect drivers and yet they also continue to wonder why they have such high turnover.
