In today’s ever-changing and complex human services environment, the workshop is important to assist leaders with proactively managing pressure, enhancing critical thinking and decision-making skills, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. This 2-part series will provide Human Services leaders with relevant examples, practical tools, strategies, and frameworks to elevate their SEI and leadership impact.
