Medicine of Cypermethrin group should be given at the rate of 0.2 ml per 100 feet of water 48 hours before the release of Renu or Pona in the pond. মহুয়া খোল একটি জৈব পদার্থ । এর জৈবিক ক্রিয়ার ফলে জলের প্রাকৃতিক পরিবেশ সুন্দর হয় । এটি মাছের উপাদেয় এবং পুষ্টিকর খাবার । পুকুরে উপস্থিত উদ্ভিদকনা ও প্রাণীকনাগুলির জন্ম ও বংশ বিস্তার ও বৃদ্ধিতে মহুয়া খোলের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রয়েছে । পুকুরের মাটি এবং মাটিতে বসবাসকারী উপকারী জীবাণু রক্ষা ও বৃদ্ধিতে সহায়তা করে মহুয়া খোল। কিন্তু মহুয়া খোল বেশ ব্যায়সাধ্য। এছাড়া মহুয়া খোল প্রথম অবস্থায় ক্ষুদ্র প্রাণীর দেহে বিষ ক্রিয়া ঘটায় । তাই পুকুর প্রস্তুতিতে মহুয়া খোল প্রয়োগের কিছু নিয়মবিধি মেনে চলা দরকার । পুকুর প্রস্তুতিতে মহুয়া খোল ব্যবহারের পদ্ধতি : পুকুর প্রস্তুতি সময় অবাঞ্ছিত মাছ দমনে মহুয়া খোল প্রয়োগ করা হয় । পুকুরে যখন 3 ফুট পরিমান জল থাকবে , তখন বিঘা প্রতি 200 থেকে 300 কেজি মহুয়া খোল ছড়িয়ে দিলে চার থেকে ছয় ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পুকুরের সব মাছ মরে যাবে কিংবা ভেসে উঠবে । মহুয়া খোল প্রয়োগে পুকুরে ভেসে ওঠা মাছ বা মরা মাছ খাওয়া যায় । এছাড়াও পরবর্তীতে মহুয়া খোল পচে জৈব সার হিসেবে কাজ করে। পুকুর প্রস্তুতিতে গোবর সার প্রয়োগ : মহুয়া খোল প্রয়োগের 7 দিন পর পুকুরে গোবর সার প্রয়োগ করা উচিত । গোবর সার প্রয়োগে পুকুরে মাছের প্রাকৃতিক খাদ্য বৃদ্ধি পায় । তাই পুকুর প্রস্তুতির সময় শতকে 15 থেকে 20 কেজি হারে কাঁচা গোবর প্রয়োগ করা উচিত। পুকুর প্রস্তুতিতে চুন প্রয়োগ : পুকুরে চুন প্রয়োগের উপকারিতা অনেক ।চুন প্রয়োগ করলে জলের অম্লত্ব কমে , মাছের রোগের জীবাণু বিনষ্ট হয় এবং দ্রবীভূত অক্সিজেনের পরিমাণ বৃদ্ধি পায় । গোবর সার প্রয়োগের 7 দিন পরে অবশ্যই চুন প্রয়োগ করতে হবে, কারণ গোবর সার প্রয়োগের ফলে জলের অম্লত্ব এবং রোগজীবাণু বৃদ্ধি পেতে পারে এবং চুন প্রয়োগের ফলে এগুলো কমে যাবে । তাই পুকুর প্রস্তুতিতে শতকে 2 থেকে 3 কেজি হারে চুন প্রয়োগ করা উচিত। বিষক্রিয়া পরীক্ষা : মহুয়া খোলের বিষক্রিয়া 15 থেকে 20 দিন বাদে নষ্ট হয়ে যায় । বিষক্রিয়া নষ্ট হয়েছে কিনা তা বোঝার জন্য কোন পাত্রে পুকুরের জল নিয়ে তাতে কিছু পরিমাণ মাছ ছেড়ে দিতে হবে এবং যদি মাছ বেঁচে থাকে , তবে ওই পুকুরে ডিম পোনা মজুদ করা যেতে পারে । আশাকরি পুকুর প্রস্তুতির সময় এইভাবে মহুয়া খোল,গোবর সার এবং চুন প্রয়োগ করলে জলের রং খুবই সুন্দর হবে কিন্তু তা সত্ত্বেও যদি জলের রং না আসে ।সেক্ষেত্রে শতকে 50 গ্রাম ইউরিয়া এবং 50 গ্রাম ডিএপি ব্যবহার করতে হবে। পুকুরে রেনু কিংবা পোনা ছাড়ার 48 ঘণ্টা আগে সাইপারমেথ্রিন গ্রুপের মেডিসিন শতক ফুট জলে 0.2 ml হারে দিয়ে দিতে হবে । ------------- Dreams by Markvard   / markvard   Creative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported — CC BY 3.0 Free Download / Stream: http://bit.ly/-dreams- Music promoted by Audio Library    • Dreams – Markvard  (No Copyright Music)
