WROCLAW, POLAND is not somewhere I thought I would visit. Poland in general wasn't on my Travel Bucket List. Based out of Prague, and with a huge amount of options for destinations in Europe, something in me told me that I should visit Poland. I hadn't heard much about it... it wasn't buzzy, but it just felt like something I should do. Shortly after arriving I had a major lightbulb moment. It entirely changed the way I viewed Poland as a country, and the way I looked at my own family, history, and life. The food and culture in Wroclaw is incredible and (to my absolute surprise), the city has become one of my favorite places in all of Europe. I hope you get a chance to visit, and I hope you get a chance to travel to places that have importance to yourself, your upbringing, and your family history!
