We are our own worst enemies and harshest critics. We need to stop with the judgement, and instead learn to love every aspect of our being. It is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves, learning how to love ourselves. And what we will learn is that the amount of love, kindness and patience that we have for others is directly proportional to how much love, patience and kindness we have for ourselves… because we cannot give others what we ourselves do not have. We need a revolution - and the revolution needs to start from our own self worth.
