This is a video about the Wineville Chicken Coop Murders that took place in 1928. This is about the victims and their stories that need to be told. Lives that were cut short at the hands of an evil man. February 2, 1928, a headless Mexican boy was found on the side of La Puente Road. March 10, 1928 9 year-old Walter Collins disappeared while walking to a nearby theatre after receiving money from his mother, Christine Collins. May 16, 1928, 10 year-old Nelson and 12 year-old Lewis Winslow, brothers, disappeared walking to their Pomona, CA home from a Model Yacht Club Meeting. All three cases were related after police interviewed 15 year old Sanford Clark. An immigrant from Canada kidnapped and held against his will in Wineville, CA. Sanford admitted his uncle, Gordon Stewart Northcott, abducted Walter, Lewis and Nelson. He abused the boys and later with the help of Northcott's mother, murdered Walter and later Lewis and Nelson. Sanford also confessed Gordon had come home with the Mexican boy's head in a bucket. The remains of Walter, Nelson and Lewis have never been fully recovered. October 2, 1930 at 23 years of age, Gordon Stewart Northcott was hung at the San Quentin State Prison. This is a tribute to the boys who lost their lives and innocence at the hands of this evil monster.
