Ingredients: 320 g homemade pumpkin puree or 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree 100 g granulated sugar 150 g brown sugar 2 large eggs 120 ml vegetable oil 220 g all-purpose flour 60 ml milk 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon salt Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and milk. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Gradually add the dry and wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. During the last 10 minutes of baking, loosely cover the bread with foil to prevent it from browning too much. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
