Take a look at the parts list and ensure you have all the items to build. 2. Please refer to the parts list in the manual. 3. Protect and place the car on a flat surface. 4. Line up the steering rack with the relevant gaps on the bottom of the car. 5. Line up the steering rack with the steering rod. 6. Secure it with screws. 7. Repeat process on the other side. 8. For the wheels, ensure the assembly order of the hardware is as follows - washer - wheel - washer - & finally the nut 9. Attach the front wheel trim to the relative gaps on the wheel. 10. Repeat process on the other side. 11. Thread the multiplug wire attached to the motor through the hole in the body of the car. 12. Line up the motor with the axle & the hole in the body of the car. 13. Insert the rear axle through the holes in the motor and the body of the car. 14. Line up the gearing cog with the motor. 15. For the wheels, ensure the assembly order of the hardware is as follows - wheel - washer - & finally the split pin. 16. Attach the rear wheel trim to the relative gaps on the wheel. 17. Repeat process on the other side. 18. Thread the multiplug wire attached to the motor through the hole in the body of the car. 19. Line up the motor with the axle & the hole in the body of the car. 20. Insert the rear axle through the holes in the motor and the body of the car. 21. Line up the gearing cog with the motor. 22. For the wheels, ensure the assembly order of the hardware is as follows - wheel - washer - & finally the split pin. 23. Attach the rear wheel trim to the relative gaps on the wheel. 24. Repeat process on the other side. 25. Secure the steering rod with a washer & split pin. 26. Connect the steering wheel wire to the multiplug protruding from the steering console. 27. Ensure the wire is threaded back through the console once connected to prevent damage. 28. Attach the steering wheel to the steering rod. 29. Attach the front windshield to the relative gaps on the bonnet. 30. Secure it with screws. 31. Repeat process on the other side. 32. Attach the side exhaust by pushing into place until you hear a click. 33. Secure it with screws. 34. Slide the rear divider into the relevant gaps on the back of the car. 35. Secure it with screws. 36. Connect the battery terminal & motor multiplugs. 37. Once the battery terminals are connected, check to see if the car powers up. 38. Attach the safety rail to the relevant gaps on the side of the car. 39. Secure it with screws. 40. Re-secure battery cover with screws. 41. Secure it with nuts & bolts. 42. Slide seat onto the brackets. 43. Secure the seat with screws on both sides. 44.
