Hi travellers, What are you having for breakfast? In this video I show a porridge restaurant in Mainland China. Unlike at home the porridge is rice based, and could do with some more salt. It's not my cup of tea. Also the bread is sweet, but it was ok. It's lovely to try new foods and am so pleased to have had this experience. Some foods in China are regional specialities, as well as seasonal.
