You can also make the same yourself and enjoy the taste of gujarat in the comfort of your home! Enjoy these choorma laddu :) The full proof recipe is shown in the video. Ingredients used (for 13-15 laddus) are: Wheat flour - 1 kg Gram flour - 100 gm Rava - 100 gm Ghee - 600 gm (total) Jaggery (preferably organic) - 700 to 900 gm as per taste Cashew pieces - 4 to 5 tbsp (or more) Raisins - 3 to 4 tbsp ( or more) Khas khas/poppy seeds - 2 tbsp elaichi/cardamom pods - 10 to 12 jaifal/nutmeg - 1 (small) 0:00 Traditional Churma laddu 0:21 Which flour to use to make churma na ladoo? 0:34 How to prepare the atta for churma ladddu? -Mix the wheat, gram and rava flour together -add 3-4 tbsp ghee and mix it well -Add water and make tight dough 1:17 How to make muthiyas for churma laddu? -Make the muthiya by pressing the dough with fingers, in you palm (as shown) it should retain its shape perfectly Heat up the ghee deep fry the muthiya till golden brown 1:43 How to make the churma na ladoo?
