First Open Your Word File in Word 2. As You Can See Here is My Word File 3. Now Click on Any Image in Your Word File 4. Once You Click on Any Image. You Will See Picture Format or Only Format Tab. This Will Depend on the Version of Office You Are Using. Click on it 5. Now You Will See Compress Pictures With Its Icon or Only its Icon in the Adjust group. This Will Depend on the Version of Office You Are Using. Click on It 6. Untick "Apply Only to This Picture" 7. Make Sure That "Delete cropped areas of pictures" is Ticked 8. Make Sure That "Use default resolution" is Selected Under Resolution 9. Click OK Button 10. Click File Tab 11. Click Options if You Dont See Options Then Click More & Then Click Options 12. Click Advanced 13. Scroll Down Until You See Image Size and Quality 14. Tick "Discard editing data" Under Image Size and Quality 15. Make sure that "Do not compress images in file" is Unticked 16. In the Default Resolution list, select a resolution of 150 ppi or lower. (I am selecting the lowest option, which is 96 ppi) 17. Click Save 18. Make sure that "Embed fonts in the file" is Unticked. Under "Preserve fidelity when saving this document" 19. Click OK Button 20. Click Save iCon or Press CTRL + S on Your Keyboard to Save the File 21. Now Close Your Microsoft Word 22.
