Here are all scenes with Flandre Scarlet from the Touhou anime. I just took the whole anime and cut out all frames where Flandre is not seen. I didn't include openings and endings though. I had to upscale this to 1440p to make sure that YouTube uses the vp9 codec for better video quality!
