In this workout I do 40 seconds of exercises and we take a 20 second active rest by walking on the spot with weights in hand. I used a set of 2lb weights, but you can use whatever you have or even do the workout without weights. This workout is a 10 minute torcher and will help boost your mood and metabolism.
