With CentrixOne, you can create custom filters to display only contacts or accounts that meet certain criteria that you have predetermined. GUIDE 1. Click on the Contacts module. 2.- In the list of contacts, click on the arrow to the right of the My filters field on the upper left of the page. 3.- In the drop-down list of filters, click on the Add a filter option. This is the last choice in the list. 4.- Click on the + Add a criterion button. 5.- Click on the section where your field or action is located. 6.- Click on the field or action of your choice. 7.- Determine the relation of this field or this action. 8.- Enter or select the value in the field or action. 9.- OPTIONAL – In order to save your filter and thus reuse it in the future, all you have to do is fill in the Filter name field. 10.- Click on the Finished button ------------------- Experience a CRM made just for you.
