"Fine" Short Film (MAIKLING PELIKULA - PERO "PUNO")

“Finɐ” Short Film ...and then, I have nature and art and poetry, and if that is not enough, what is enough? (van Gogh, 1888) This short film is just my final project as a Communication student… but through it, I express myself - by going back to my roots— my childhood appreciation for nature (or trees specifically, as I dreamed of being an environmentalist as a kid), and my deep appreciation for existence and art, despite being a frustrated artist, writer, or individual. This film is a reflection of myself or my life, and a contemplation of life itself as a whole. There are so many inspirations and references in my film tied to me — they are SCATTERED throughout the film… I poured every part of me - putting them all together into this film; every FINE detail–all over the place; the rawness, and it became [feeling] so right to me. That is all - I believe - I have already said enough within the film - It’s an open letter… and I WOULDN’T have made this without the people who I wanted to be part of it (if only it were possible to have everyBUDDY PARTicipate) - people who are really actually part of my life; the ones who have been constant with me ever since in this constantly changing life. Above all,,, it sums up everything and everyone here. That’s why, THIS FILM IS SO MONUMENTAL TO ME.
