Figure Painting Tutorial 1/35 scale - US Paratroopers & French Civilians

Let's paint some figures! In this figure painting tutorial I show how I painted the US Paratroopers and French civilians from the Liberation Sets by Dynamo Models in 1:35th scale. Parts of this miniature painting tutorial are pre colouring and pre shading with an airbrush, painting uniforms and clothes by brush using the glazes method, leather parts like boots and details like harness, backpack, metal effects like on the Thompson MP using acrylic paints, and the sculpted 101st Airborne patches. Of course painting skin tones is a topic too, as is weathering and dirt and mud. The Thompson MP was painted with acrylic paints only for the first time. I hope this step by step guide is helpfull for one or two of you and I can show some techniques for beginners and veterans. Please let me know what you think about it.
