He has come out of retirement to be the technical advisor on a special government program preparing a new, stronger breed of soldier that is more sophisticated, intelligent and agile. All goes well with the program until the soldiers' supercomputer, SETH (Michael Jai White), develops a mind all its own, and sets in motion a plan that includes killing Deveraux and kidnapping his daughter.
