Today I’m reviewing the Edge Pro Apex sharpening kit. We’ll start out by unpacking this knife sharpener from its sturdy bag. The kit comes with a pretty stout base, nice articulating jig arm, a water bottle to wet your stones, and a full set of various sharpening stones that seem to be made very well. The Edge Pro Apex knife sharpening system has a bit of a learning curve, but in all honesty, after 2-3 knives I started to get faster using the system.
