Cut pork belly into thin slices; no need to season the meat, set aside for later use. 将五花肉切成薄片;无需调味,备用。 2. Cut the following ingredients into small pieces as shown in the video. Add 1 tablespoon of water and grind them into rough pieces with the manual grinder. 如视频所示,将以下成分切成小块。加入1汤匙水,用手动研磨机磨成粗糙的香料碎片。 Lemongrass香茅 (3 stalks棵) Garlic蒜头 (4 cloves瓣) Ginger姜 (15g) 3. Using medium low heat to heat up the non stick pan and all the ground mixture slowly for about 2 minutes or until its slightly brown. 用中低火将菜油和所有的香料倒入不粘锅慢慢煸炒约2分钟或直到略带金黄色。 4. Add in the sliced pork and spread them evenly and slow cook with closed lid for 2 minutes. 加入猪肉片,均匀铺平,上盖慢煎2分钟。 5.
