Brand new Rivian transported from North Carolina for me to perform paintless dent removal. The customer was told by the only certified shop near him that the repair would require a bedside replacement which was quoted around $40k. Insurance wanted to TOTAL this vehicle due to the high cost of repair. The customer did his research and ultimately referred to me to perform this repair. These vehicle are very difficult to work on due to the limited access to the backside of the damage. We were able to repair the dent using paintless dent removal and maintain the factory parts and finish, as well as prevent a stain on the carfax. We had the vehicle in our possession for 3 days, which is a way better cycle time, than it sitting in a body shop for possibly a month or more. This is my 25th year doing paintless dent removal and the extent of damage we can repair now, paired with the new tools, makes us a first repair choice for damage like this.
