Welcome back viewers! We know we haven't posted in a while, and we apologize for that. However, we KNOW that you will be completely satisfied with this delicious, cloudy and airy French dessert - THE Soufflé! Make it for special occasions, to WOW your guests, or just your loved ones! INGREDIENTS: Please note that all ingredients should be at room temperature - 300ml whole milk 3 egg whites 2 eggs yolks 1 pinch salt 2 tbsp. corn flour 5 tbsp. caster sugar 300g dark chocolate - 75% Sufficient butter and caster sugar (to apply on the insides of the ramekins) Note: We forgot to tell this part, but you are supposed to preheat the oven to 180 degrees C or 360 degrees F. Also, make sure that while the baking process is on-going, you do NOT open the oven. If you do so, the Soufflés will NOT rise, and you don't want that. Enjoy! - Prendre plaisir! ❤️
