We are so excited to finally share this piece with you all! Our main goal as a dance group, well even as people in general, we want to make the world a better place. We want to use our dance & talent as more than just a hobby, or a career. We want to use it to impact peoples lives. Mental Health has been a huge impact on a lot of our lives and we want to use our dance ability & voices to impact the realisation of Youth Mental Health and promote positive mental health in kids & teenagers through dance! Mental Health is real in all ages and this is a big statement we want people to understand. Mental Health issues and suicide does not only affect adults. It can affect anyone, and this is something we need to come together and raise awareness for. Suicide is now one of the leading causes of death in both adults & youth and this is not ok, we need to make a change and together we can! It's ok not to be ok, no matter what age you are!
