In this video, I show how to secure BOOOAL’s buff in the Festering Cove without the need to sacrifice a companion. 🙅‍♂️🩸 🤔😰 By exposing BOOOAL as a false deity and putting him on edge, he typically offers the Sickle of BOOOAL as a bargaining chip. Quickly steal the sickle before wrapping up the conversation… 🏃💨 👺BOOOAL, finding himself out of options, reluctantly bestows his buff. This strategy lets your entire group receive BOOOAL’s Benediction with zero sacrifices. ✨ 🌟 This playthrough is in Honour Mode, but the trick works on all difficulties. Usually, I focus on solo gameplay, but this time I’ve used multiple characters 🎭 due to the strategy’s requirements and the absence of combat in this encounter. 📚 At the video’s end, I’ll detail the builds for Shadowheart as the Bard ‘party face’ 🎤 and Tav as the pick-pocket Rogue 🗡️. ❗️Be aware, some companions like Shadowheart and Karlach may disapprove 👎, while others like Asterion might approve 👍. 👉 To avoid disapproval from a specific companion, let them lead the conversation.
