REDGARD FAIL! What did we do WRONG??

I followed instructions, but somehow we must of missed a step because everything cracked and water would have poured right through. Why does Redguard Fail? What did we do wrong? Did we use too pourous of a surface? Did we lay it on too thick? Was it too high of humidity in the shop? Anyways, Please comment and let me know your thoughts so we can try it again!
