I was blown away by the services. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And made everything easy for us. All our special assistance was booked a few months in advance. And one thing I will say is special assistance took a long time to show up at the first point of contact at both ends. However once we were though they were very efficient. All wheelchair using passengers are put in Premier coaches, where you are served food, and this is at no extra cost to you. We did not pay extra for this service.
