This is a hero tribute video consisting of a compilation of scenes featuring an admirable kid hero from my memories, the stoic and exemplary Safety Patrol Officer, Cornelius Fillmore (voiced by Orlando Brown) from the show Fillmore! He proved to be an interesting hero to me because of his dedication to being better and improving lives because of the mercy he was shown despite his own criminal past. He also took no excuses for criminal actions and tried to encourage people to be better, something not easily seen in someone his age. Hope you enjoy him!
