Enjoy the aroma and taste of these homemade fresh cream long Doughnuts, and the freshness of its light and fluffy texture. These mouth watering Cream Doughnuts are hard to resist! The combination of the Doughnut with the whipped cream, makes this Decadent treat a delight in every bite! 🌼 LONG DOUGHNUTS Ingredients Yeast Dough:- 3/4 cup Lukewarm milk 1/2 cup lukewarm water 10g instant yeast pwd 1 tsp sugar 3 & 1/2 cups Cake Flour 1/4 tsp salt 60 ml sugar 60g melted butter 1 egg 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil Oil for frying Castor Sugar for Dusting NB:- Its important to fry the Doughnuts in oil that is on a lowered heat, not too hot! Reduce the temperature if its too hot and browns too fast!
