Triggers: mic brushing, finger flutters, hand sounds, whispers, face touching, personal attention, breathing, mic scratching, repetition, anxiety help/comfort, tapping, hypnosis, "shhh, it's ok, i'm here" Hello again 💜 There are heavy hearts around the world right now and I hope this video is able to bring you a little comfort. I was originally going to make this video centered around school and academic anxiety but I felt compelled, with all that's going on, to create another general anxiety/panic help video. Please let me know if you'd like to see more content like this from me! Mental health is something very important to me so I really like making videos like this. These are all techniques I've learned and benefited from during my "journey" with anxiety. Please note that I am NOT a mental health professional. EFT, or emotional freedom technique, is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. Though still being researched, EFT tapping has been used to treat people with anxiety and people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
