If everybody tries to get their money, well, you realize, if you are not first in line, you might not actually be able to get your money because it has been loaned out. They only hold a fraction of the reserves. That is what it means. They lent out everybody else's money. They do not have your money. And the instability and fragility that fractional reserve banking causes are nothing new. This has been going on since the invention of fractional reserve banking. So why might you ask?
