Hanna is a Senior Associate non-resident fellow at CSIS, and her expertise is on Russian foreign policy, the Middle East, and arms control and nonproliferation. Max Bergmann will moderate a panel consisting of Hanna, Maria Snegovaya, Michael Kimmage, and Mathieu Droin, to discuss Russia's strategy towards the Global South in the wake of Moscow's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
