In today's episode, we are preparing to cross the Pacific Ocean in our 47-foot catamaran! This is the adventure that most sailors dream of, but most never get around to. Our journey will begin in the Galapagos, where we will set out and sail nearly 3000 nautical miles across the Pacific Ocean, to French Polynesia. We are anticipating the crossing to take anywhere from 3-4 weeks and it is extremely important that we stock up and food and necessities to last us the trip.
