Some shops at UW Plaza will accept "flex dollars" from your student card as payment! Some popular spots in Waterloo include Phil's Grandson's Place, Molly Bloom's, and Morty's Pub. Many places also host live bands or other entertainment. Welcome to Waterloo: a city filled with students, made for students. Prepare yourself for an unforgettable university experience and get ready to indulge in the dynamic environment that comes with being a student in the region of Waterloo. "There are students all around Waterloo, which creates a good atmosphere." In Uptown Waterloo You will find shops, restaurants, places to explore and lots of coffee shops!
