Growing up, I always thought that brown eggs meant they were free range and organic, whereas and white eggs meant non-organic. Now I know that the color of the eggshell has no bearing on the whether or not an egg is organic! Eggs come in all different colors (blue, green, brown, dark brown, white, etc.) based on the breed of the chicken that laid it. In this video, I show different colors of eggs and share my former misconception on what I thought the eggshell colors meant when I was a child. Yes - eating eggs with a green shell is completely safe! And the color of the shells is no indication of the color inside the shell. :)
