Hidden in the grid (to be placed by the solver) are 9 radar cells; one in each row, column and 3x3 box. A radar cell looks out at the edges of the grid in each of the orthogonal directions and potentially scans the cell at each edge. The digit in a radar cell indicates the number of cells scanned by the radar cell. The value of a radar cell is the total of the digits in the cells scanned by the radar cell. Example: Suppose R4C5 was a radar cell. It would then be looking at R1C5, R4C1, R4C9, and R9C5 as the cells it may scan. If the digit in the radar cell was a 2, that would indicate that 2 out of those 4 cells are being scanned and the value of the radar cell is the total of those 2 cells. Note that a radar cell never scans itself. The grid is covered in fog. Placing a correct digit will clear the fog from that cell and potentially from other cells somewhere in the grid. Adjacent VALUES on a green line must have a difference of at least 5. Adjacent DIGITS on a brown line must have a difference of at least 5. Values on a pink line form a set of non-repeating consecutive numbers in any order. Digits within a cage do not repeat and the values within a cage sum to the clue in the top left corner of the cage. Values separated by a black dot have a 2-to-1 ratio. Values separated by a white dot are consecutive.
