Rebel Moon Parts 1 & 2: Bulk, Generic, Store-Brand Sci-Fi

I love dumb movies, especially B-Movies. I was genuinely rooting for these movies to be good. I've even been known to defend Zack Snyder....but even I can't defend these dumpster fires. They're not good, but they're also not entertainingly bad....they just exist. It's as if Zack went to a wholesale store, bought a pallet of bulk movie themes and tropes and smashed them together, threw in copious amounts of slo-mo and called it a day. I like Zack's visual style, but no amount of visuals can save the utter lack of story and character development in Rebel Moon Parts 1 or 2. #zacksnyder #snyderverse #snydercut #rebelmoon #scifi
