Visiting the General Grant Tree | Kings Canyon National Park, CA 🌲

In this video the wife and I hike the 1/3 mile loop to visit the 3rd largest tree in the world, the General Grant tree in Grant Grove at the Kings Canyon National Park. This amazing sequoia tree is very impressive and the largest tree I've ever seen while on our travels around the US. I definitely recommend coming out to the park to visit this national treasure and enjoy the beauty of the forest around you. The path to the tree is very easy to hike even with water and snow on the ground the trail was easy to navigate. We had intended on seeing the General Shermon tree but right now in October of 2021 there are fires in the sequoia national park keeping visitors from seeing that area.
